At Accel iQ, our mission is to provide the perfect learning environment for every student.
While some students excel in the community atmosphere of group classes, many benefit from the personal attention of one-on-one tuition. With options for both on-campus and online home tuition, we ensure every student has the opportunity to learn at their very best.
Our one-on-one tuition is provided by former university professors, HSC high achievers and STEM industry professionals. Each Accel iQ tutor is passionate about providing tailored on-campus or online home tuition through school classwork, HSC exam papers and revision quizzes. Each student is given the opportunity to dictate the area of study, with our tutors focusing on student needs, not rigid lessons. Whether it’s Physics, Chemistry or one-on-one Maths tutoring, our tutors help students develop the skills, knowledge and confidence to succeed in their HSC studies.
Personalised tuition
The greatest gift a student can receive is personal attention. With one-on-one tuition every student can ask questions, receive feedback and focus on the areas that really need attention.
Lesson structure
Our tutors offer a streamlined lesson structure tailored to the needs of each student. For example, some one-on-one Maths tutoring students may wish to revise the classwork they have begun in school, while others will benefit from learning ahead of their class.
Experienced tutors
With a roster of tutors including former university professors and STEM industry professionals, one-on-one Maths tutoring has never been more effective. We also offer one-on-one tuition for Physics and Chemistry, with each tutor an expert in their field.
Homework
Each on-campus and home tuition session includes short, approachable homework. We try not to overload students with homework, instead we provide just a handful of exam-style questions.
Easy resources
Whether it’s just one-on-one Maths tutoring or each HSC STEM subject, students are provided the resources to test and improve their knowledge. Each session includes a short topic quiz, personalised student worksheets and live discussions.
Modern platform
We use the TopHat learning platform for home tuition online. An industry leader, TopHat lets students communicate with tutors in real-time, receive feedback and engage in quizzes and discussions.
